Little d Technology will be closing on 12/23/21 after more than 16 years of providing service to this little town that we love.

Thank you to each person that has worked for Little d over the years to serve the people of La Pine including Linda, Daniel, Jesse, Josh, Veronica, John, Rick, Tyler, Wendy, Kerri, Greg, Kyle, Sandra, Mike, Adam and Tony.

Serving customers since 2005 from La Pine, Sunriver, Gilchrist, Crescent, Fort Rock, Christmas Valley, Silver Lake and more.

Why is Little d Technology Closing?

Verizon Wireless has cancelled the contract with our Master Agent, Celluphone, Inc. Celluphone serves as the master agent for close to 100 authorized retailers. We are one of those retailers, we will no longer be a Verizon Authorized Retailer as of 12/31/21. We are currently in our 10th year with Verizon. Premium Retailers are not affected. Little d Technology does not meet the sales requirements to become a premium retailer, as in the case of many of the rural stores.

We at Little d Technology want you to now that despite this decision, Verizon remains to be the best network in the La Pine area at this time. We’ve been offered another carrier, however, we do not feel it’s a great network alternative for our area and have declined that opportunity as we only want the best for our customers.

How will I receive customer support from Verizon?

Your contract is with Verizon and not Little d Technology so nothing will change. What WILL change is how some of you pay your bill, get technical support, order new phones, etc.. Much of this can be addressed through the Verizon app on your phone by logging into MyVerizon.com on your computer, calling *611 or visiting the Verizon corporate store in Bend near Macy’s and IHOP. For those of you on a prepaid plan, we’ve contacted Bi-Mart to ask them to be sure to carry an additional stock of prepaid cards.

Jesse plans to conduct Android and iPhone classes at the La Pine Park and Recreation District for a limited time. Click here to check the schedule or call (541) 536-2223.

Kathy plans to resurrect a portion of her website maintenance business early next year. Daniel has several ideas and will be pursuing some of his dreams after 12 years with us.

It’s been a pleasure to serve you. We are proud to have kept our doors open throughout 20+ months of the pandemic to help keep you connected to those who are important to you.
